Inspirational Gandhi Quotes | Mahatma Gandhi was born on 2 October 1948 in Porbandar. His real Ram was Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi. His father Karamchand Uttamchand Gandhi was the dewan of Porbandar, dewan means Chief Minister.

His sister Raliat used to tell him that Gandhi was very restless in his childhood. He either used to play or roam around. His favorite time passing job was to twist the ears of the dogs. Gandhi liked old books in which the stories of Shravan and Harishchandra were very much appreciated.

Some unheard things about Gandhi.

  • Gandhi wanted to study law in London, but his mother was afraid, so he refused. But Gandhi’s brother Laxmidas, a lawyer, was pleased that Gandhi wanted to study from London; he supported Gandhi. In the end, the mother also agreed.
  • Gandhi was a vegetarian, so during his stay in London, he had many problems eating.
  • In 1893, Gandhi met a Muslim merchant named Dada Abdullah.
  • In 1893, Gandhi went to Africa at the age of 23 and became the lawyer of Dada Abdullah’s cousin there. Gandhi lived in Africa for 21 years.

He was shot in the year 1948, due to which he died on 30 January.
