Charlie Chaplin Quotes | I don’t think this man needs any introduction. Even today, after so many years, people love him, copy him and follow him.
Charlie Chaplin’s full name was Sir Charles Spencer Chaplin. He was born on 16 April 1889 in London. His most popular character is called The Tramp.
The Tramp was also the name of a silent film that was written and directed by himself in 1915.
his childhood
Charlie Chaplin was a very famous comedian, though. People laugh at his every move, but his childhood was very painful. He had seen a lot of poverty and suffering in his childhood. His father was not often at home, and his mother also struggled a lot for the money.
When Chaplin was 14 years old, his mother was sent to a mental asylum. Can you imagine that the person who has worked to bring smiles to the faces of people all his life, he himself must have seen such a difficult days in his childhood?
His career
There was a lot of money problem in the house, so Charlie Chaplin started working from a young age. He used to go to the music hall, after that he also started doing comedy on stage.
At the age of 19, his luck turned, and he got a job in a very prestigious company, Fred Karno. That company took him to America with them.
In 1914, he started working in the film of Keystone Studios, and by 1918, his character Tramp won everyone’s heart.
After that, he himself started making films, and since then till today he has been ruling everyone’s heart.
