Robert Kiyosaki is an American businessman and writer. Best known for his Rich Dad, Poor Dad book series, he has been an advocate for tax literacy and investment for over 20 years.
He was born and raised in Hawaii. His father is a teacher and his mother is a housewife. he has two sisters. He is Japanese. Kiyosaki attended Hiro High School and most recently went to study in the United States.
Merchant Marine Academy, graduating with a degree in nautical knowledge. He also served in the US Army during the Vietnam War. After the war, Kiyosaki began his business career by trading.
Eventually, he founded his own company, his Rich Global LLC, a tax education company. Kiyosaki has authored over 20 books, including the best-selling Rich Dad Poor Dad series.
