On 31 March 2016, a family filed a police report that their family member Ann Rodgers, aged 72, was missing. Ann Rodgers went to a desert where she accidentally lost her way and got stuck in the remote area of Arizona. The fuel of her car was also exhausted, and her phone was also not catching the signal.
One thing Ann Rodgers did very well was that she was with her car. She had some extra clothes, some snacks, and water. The next day she made a decision which has happened due to the death of many people, and that was to leave her car and move forward.

Had Ann Rodgers been with her car, she would have found it very quickly. She had been missing since 31 March, and on 3 April, the police found an abandoned car.
She Was All Alone To Survive
Now Ann Rodgers was not with her car, so she had to protect her own safety now. She would burn fire at night and drink water from the pond. She also found some plants that can be eaten and found a turtle that she cooked and ate. She learned all these things in her survival class.
Now it had been 9 days since she got lost and she found a trick by which he was found. She wrote a big ‘HELP’ with the help of sticks and rocks, which was noticed by the DPS pilot.
She Got Rescued After 9 Days
Lowell Neshem, the pilot of the helicopter from which she was rescued, said that he was shocked to see Ann Rodgers because he thought Ann Rodgers might have been dead by now (as she was 72 at that time), but she was completely safe

अब उन्हे खोये हुये 9 दिन हो चुके थे और उन्हे एक idea सुझा। उन्होंने लाठी और पत्थरो की मदद से एक बड़ा सा ‘HELP ‘ letters लिख दिया जिससे ऊपर से देखा सकता है। उस sign को जिसे DPS पायलट ने देखा लिया।
9 दिन बाद उन्हे बचा लिया गया।
लोवेल नेशेम, हेलीकॉप्टर के पायलट जिन्होने Ann Rodgers को ढूंढ निकाला था, उनका कहना था वह Ann Rodgers को देखकर बहुत चौंक गए थे क्योंकि उन्होंने सोचा था कि Ann Rodgers अब तक मर चुकी है होंगी (क्योंकि वह उस समय 72 साल की थी), लेकिन वह पूरी तरह से सुरक्षित थी।
